تأسَّسَت دار الفقهاء في مطلع سنة ٢٠٢٠م، لإحياء تقليد الإجازة بالعلوم في الحضارة الإسلامية، ابتدأت في مبنى مَولوي خانة بجامعة السلطان محمد الفاتح الوقفية، ثم استأنفَت نشاطاتها في وقف السلطان أحمد بإستانبول، ثم رُخِّصَت تحت جمعية دار العرفان بإستانبول ونعدل تسميات الايقونات إلى الصفحة الرئيسة لدار الفقهاء الصفحة الرئيسة لدار العرفان
